5. Children’s information
Our classes are for children and adults. Information about a child is provided by their parent or guardian, and we communicate about a child’s classes with the parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information without consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary with:
- Our teachers and staff who arrange and deliver your classes.
- Service providers who help us operate, such as video-calling, messaging (e.g. WhatsApp), email, website hosting, payment processing and advertising platforms (e.g. Google). These providers process data on our instructions or under their own privacy policies.
- Authorities or advisers where required by law.
When you submit a Google lead form, Google passes the information you provide to us so that we can contact you about your request.
7. International transfers
Some of our teachers, staff or service providers may be located outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we take steps to ensure it is protected, such as using appropriate contractual safeguards and sharing only what is needed to provide your classes.
8. Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools (such as Google and Meta/Facebook), to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
9. How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment: up to 12 months after our last contact with you.
- Student and account records: for as long as you are enrolled, and up to 2 years afterwards.
- Financial records: as long as required by law (normally 6 years).
10. Keeping information secure
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and limit access to those who need it to provide our services.
11. Your rights
